What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.

What Your Qualifications Should Be

• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP).
• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• For unlicensed therapists: meet Clinical Trainee requirements and actively pursue licensure in Minnesota.

• Licensed: $68,000 – $75,000
• Pre-licensed: $50,000 – $55,000

Commission Based

• Licensed: $66,000 – $124,000
• Pre-licensed: $58,000 – $91,000
• Actual compensation varies based on education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and location.
