Hands On Health Associates, LLC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Limited Permit) to provide mental health and substance use services. You will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.

Qualifications

• Licensed or limited permit required in New York.
• At least 1+ year experience in OMH/OASAS environment.
• Russian-speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual therapies
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans
• Perform regular patient outreach
• Adhere to facility and licensing standards
