Hands On Health Associates, LLC is an outpatient Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder Treatment program located in Brooklyn, NY seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Limited Permit). You will provide mental health and substance abuse services, diagnose and treat disorders, teach communication skills, and guide clients through crises.

Experienced therapists passionate about high-quality care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Requires state licensure or limited permit in NY (LMHC/LMSW/LCSW or equivalent).
• Experience in OMH/OASAS settings preferred.
• Russian language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Perform regular patient outreach.
• Adhere to facility and licensing standards.
