Presbyterian Medical Services, Inc. is seeking remote Mental Health Therapists to join our Behavioral Health team.

This 100% remote role delivers assessments, treatment planning, and counseling via telehealth across NM/TX regions. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, client-centered care, including crisis intervention, care coordination, and education for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Current New Mexico licensure as a mental health professional, including LMHC, LPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT, or other qualifying licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and screenings through telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services.

Candidates must reside in New Mexico or Texas Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Remote Mental Health Therapists to join our Behavioral Health team.

In this 100% remote role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services through telehealth, including assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, couples, and group counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, you will help clients achieve meaningful progress and improved well-being while expanding access to behavioral health services across the communities we serve.

This opportunity is open to both experienced independently licensed clinicians and non-independently licensed clinicians seeking professional growth through clinical supervision and mentorship. Whether you are an established therapist or building hours toward independent licensure, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based care, professional collaboration, and client-centered treatment in a supportive and rewarding remote environment.
