Mental Health Therapist (REMOTE) - Massachusetts

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Therapist with high earning potential, where top performers can earn up to $90,000 annually. This position combines competitive per-visit compensation with the ability to maximize income through efficiency and excellence in service delivery. You will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth, offering flexibility in your schedule and a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide evidence-based treatment to a variety of patients, focusing on mental health recovery.
2. Deliver mental health services through telehealth video or telephone, ensuring individualized care for each patient.
3. Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy sessions when applicable.
4. Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation following Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Required:
2. Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
3. Active LICSW, LMHC & LMFT license in Massachusetts.
4. 1+ years of relevant experience in a mental health therapy role.
5. Must reside in Massachusetts.
6. Must not have any actions or pending actions against your license.
7. Preferred:
8. 1+ years of experience in EMDR, Evidence-Based Practice, or Telehealth.
9. Additional Requirements:
10. Full-time availability (must be seeking full-time hours).
11. Ability to work until 8 PM at least two days per week or complete four 4-hour shifts on weekends.
