How You’ll Make an Impact:
You will help clients overcome mental health challenges, improve relationships, and realize their potential. You’ll make a tangible difference and bring joy to others’ lives.

You will work within a care-team model, connecting with colleagues for advice, feedback, and career development.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients via teletherapy.
• Define your availability, set your schedule, and work flexibly. Whether part-time or full caseload, we support your lifestyle.
• Consult regularly with your clinical director and regional team for support and feedback.
• Connect with therapists nationwide using our Clinician Connect platform.
• Let WellQor handle credentialing, billing, intake, marketing, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in company events and receive CEU sponsorship opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, professional, and compassionate individuals.
• Licensed as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent for independent practice.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Comfort with technology in daily work.
• A willingness to learn and grow.
