Job summary

The Phoenix Recovery Center in South Jordan, UT, is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our addiction and mental health program on a part-time basis. The role offers 20 hours per week with a fixed schedule on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and compensation of $31.50–$33.50 per hour, depending on experience and licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's-level clinical degree is required from an accredited program.
• Fully licensed or actively working toward licensure in the State of Utah.
• Experience in addiction and mental health treatment preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within our structured, evidence-based programming.
• Maintain an assigned caseload appropriate for a part-time schedule.
• Utilize and become proficient in The Phoenix's standardized curriculum.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Participate in applicable clinical meetings and treatment planning.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Support clients in meeting individualized treatment goals and program agreements.
