Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient Pittsburgh is seeking a part-time therapist to provide individual and group therapies in the evenings (5:00pm–9:00pm) for adults with anxiety, mood and personality disorders. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and a provisional or full license in PA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional license in PA or full license (LSW, LAPC, AMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required/active.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with clients having primary mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions as assigned.
• Complete documentation, notes, discharge plans in a timely and compliant manner.
• Coordinate care with the treatment team, referral partners and families as appropriate.
• Maintain professional boundaries and respond to crises with appropriate de-escalation techniques.
