Our services include medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses.

About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist specializing in OCD and ERP to join our team in New Mexico. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• License eligible in New Mexico
• At least three years of counseling experience, including a minimum of 1 year focused on OCD and ERP
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches
• Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills
• Crisis intervention skills for responding to patients in acute distress

Note: All new patient visits are conducted in person, with follow-up visits available via a mix of in-person and telemedicine based on patient needs.
