Job summary

Brightways Counseling Group in Oregon is hiring dedicated Clinicians at Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. The compensation is based on billable services, with earnings ranging from $82,368 to $131,040 per year depending on sessions completed, plus a robust benefits package and PTO program.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or equivalent degree.
• Licensed in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to clients of all ages.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
• License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.

Position Details

• Location: Hybrid – Work from one of our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside(Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, or Salem offices, with the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
• Position Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee.
• Client Caseload: Full-Time clinicians are expected to complete 22 sessions per week, with 28 appointments scheduled weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules. Earnings are determined by the number of completed sessions, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential.

• A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.

• Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make from $82,368 - $131,040 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Your income is based on the number of completed sessions, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential.
• Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program.
