Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist to provide behavioral health services to children, teens, and adults in Arkansas. You will develop treatment goals and deliver evidence-based therapies in clinic-based and school/home settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and current licensure (LAC/LPC/LMFT/LCSW). Prior psychiatric experience and knowledge of local regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred.
• Licensure in Arkansas (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) required or eligible.
• Knowledge of Arkansas regulations governing child, adolescent and adult services.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we're also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals to targeted client population; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Masters Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure. (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescent and adults preferred.
• A basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
