Description

This is a Fulltime, Monday-Friday, 100% onsite position located at the Waltham, MA Guidelight Clinic.

Summary

The Adult Therapist will provide high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals with behavioral issues. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, group, and family sessions.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and doctors for comprehensive care.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health issues.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on research and developments in behavioral therapy.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
