The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and Ohio licensure (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW) and can work in a hybrid setting, commuting to Westlake as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required

• Hybrid work model: must be able to commute to Westlake
• Experience using Google Workspace and EHR systems for professional communication and documentation
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to meet documentation standards

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions in a private practice setting
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques for various mental health disorders
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient care

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Collaborate within our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation.
