BTST Services LLC in Maryland is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for a HYBRID role serving individuals and families with evidence-based approaches. The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, free CEUs, and company-sponsored support programs.

You will provide assessments, documentation, and client-centered care, while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality, accessible services in a flexible work environment.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards
• Knowledgeable, highly organized, and innovatively-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Competent, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families
• Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
• Openness to see clients in-person
