BTST Services, a CARF-accredited, licensed mental health agency across Maryland, seeks a Mental Health Therapist for a HYBRID schedule. Join a dedicated team delivering therapy, evaluations, and medication management to diverse clients, with a $2,000 bonus and opportunities for CEUs and professional growth.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, Maryland licensure (LMSW/LCPC/LGPC/LCSW-C), bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and 1–2 years of pediatric/family therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of therapy experience with children and families.
• Maryland licensure LMSW/LCPC/LGPC/LCSW-C.
• Ability to see clients in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to individuals and families, conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care.
• Document progress, write detailed notes, and maintain accurate records.
• Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care.
