Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT)

In this remote contract role, you will work closely with patients, helping them overcome obstacles to fully engage in relationships, meet responsibilities, and become their best selves. This position offers compensation based on the number of visits, with potential earnings up to $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' needs and provide expert counseling to support their well-being
• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Provide crisis management support as needed
• Maintain thorough and current records of patient progress
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in ID; licenses in WA, TX, CA, UT, or NM are a plus
• Master's degree in a mental health-related field
• Experience with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a busy caseload
• Reliable computer with webcam, audio, and internet connection
