Job Description Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Professional or Registered Intern number provided by the Florida Department of Health (Mandatory)
• Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and screening tools
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including group therapy and psychotherapy
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Familiarity with coding and billing procedures for insurance reimbursement
