Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, children and families. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document in the EMR while coordinating care with physicians and staff.

Requires a master's degree in a behavioral field and a minimum of two years of clinical experience, plus licensure as LCSW/LPC/LCP/CNS. Day shift; full-time position with competitive compensation.

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist

• Provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, families, and groups.


• Conducts initial evaluations and provides short-term and ongoing treatment.

• Provides education, presentations, and clinical supervision as appropriate within area of expertise.

What We Require

• Education: Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program required.

• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) required.

Compensation Range

$57,616.00 - $86,424.00 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
