Responsibilities

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based practices.
• Completing thorough assessments and treatment plans for each client.
• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participating in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree:in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure as a mental health professional or associate (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in Oregon is preferred.
• Compassion:We value therapists who are passionate about providing empathetic, high-quality care to clients regardless of their appearance, origin, culture, beliefs, gender, and sexual orientation.

• Ability to Work Remotely:Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is conducive to uninterrupted and confidential client sessions.Experience working with patients diagnosed with PTSD or similar conditions is highly desirable.
