Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Active state licensure or certification required to practice in this role - LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, ADT.
Strong clinical judgment and observational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions.
Manage a caseload and oversee clients' clinical care throughout treatment.
Assess client progress and modify treatment interventions as needed.
Provide crisis intervention, prevention, and de-escalation when necessary.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director, treatment team, and family members to ensure coordinated care.
Develop aftercare and discharge recommendations to support long-term recovery.
Model professionalism, integrity, accountability, dignity, and respect in every client interaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, or residential treatment settings
Experience facilitating group therapy
