Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active state licensure or certification to practice (LCSW/LCPC/LGPC/CAC-AD/CSC-AD/ADT).
• Strong clinical judgment and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload and oversee clients’ clinical care throughout treatment.
• Assess client progress and modify treatment interventions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director, treatment team, and family members.
• Develop aftercare and discharge recommendations to support long-term recovery.
• Model professionalism, integrity, accountability, dignity, and respect in every client interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active state licensure or certification required to practice in this role - LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, ADT
• Strong clinical judgment and observational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, or residential treatment settings
• Experience facilitating group therapy
