Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic in a work-from-home capacity. You will provide psychosocial assessments and a range of therapies (individual, family, group) aligning with standards of care and practice.

Position includes potential initial patient assessments if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, plus participation in performance improvement activities and data interpretation. Supervisory training is required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counseling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities
