What we are looking for:

Aspire365 is actively seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Part-Time/Contractor based in West Virginia to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health and substance use needs.
2. Provide evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and others.
3. Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
4. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
5. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

1. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)
2. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
3. Licensees needing supervised hours will be considered
4. At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services

Requirements:

1. Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
2. Maintain current, active professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M) (Not Reimbursed)
3. Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency
4. Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
5. Strong work ethic
6. Minimum availability of 2 nights a week
7. Access to urgent psychiatric supervision/assistance
8. Organized and comfortable work environment
9. Strong work/life balance
10. Highly flexible scheduling

Experience: At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services

Compensation: $100- $120 per session
