$2,500 Sign-on Bonus for 40-hour full-time positions!

While this position is with our Benton Outpatient Clinic, the primary caseload will be served at Lake Hamilton Schools.

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas, with service delivery models to meet various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address emotional and behavioral health needs for children, teens, and adults in traditional clinic settings, as well as providing therapy sessions in schools or homes. As part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience delivering quality care to children, adolescents, and adults.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for targeted client populations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services, and compliant with relevant regulations and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Human Services field (preferably Social Work) from an accredited university
• Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws related to services for children, adolescents, and adults (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment (preferred)
