Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation if required.
- Educational background leading to professional licensing.

- Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
- Strong time management and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families in a welcoming environment.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff to provide holistic care.
