Included Health, Inc. is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth as a 1099 contractor.

You will focus on patient care and documentation while admin tasks are handled by the Clinical Operations team. Responsibilities include virtual counseling, comprehensive mental health evaluations, and implementing individualized treatment plans, plus monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review QA process.

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted professional license (LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT) in Texas.
• Masters degree from an accredited program and 2-3+ years of unsupervised post-licensure experience.
• Ability to practice independently and comfort with digital tools.
