Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure or certification to practice (LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, CAC‑AD, CSC‑AD, ADT).
• Strong clinical judgment and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload and oversee clients’ clinical care throughout treatment.
• Assess client progress and modify treatment interventions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention, prevention, and de‑escalation when necessary.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director, treatment team, and family members to ensure coordinated care.
• Develop aftercare and discharge recommendations to support long‑term recovery.
• Model professionalism, integrity, accountability, dignity, and respect in every client interaction.
