Zusammenfassung

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals in recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

You will build therapeutic relationships, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help clients achieve lasting recovery and improved mental wellness in a setting that values clinical excellence and professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active state licensure or certification to practice (LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, ADT).
• Strong clinical judgment and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload and oversee clients' clinical care throughout treatment.
• Assess client progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and team to ensure coordinated care.
• Develop aftercare and discharge recommendations to support long-term recovery.
• Model professionalism, integrity, and respect in every client interaction.
