Mental Health Therapist- East Bay Wrap

Roll up your sleeves and join Fred Finch to make a real difference in the lives of youth and families. Mental Health Therapist in our East Bay Wrap Program use a high-fidelity model that is honest, family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based. The work is very challenging, and spiritually rewarding, especially to those who may have overcome barriers in the past.
Wraparound staff work with families utilizing a comprehensive team-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support.
Fred Finch offers weekly individual and group supervision toward licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and biannual scholarship opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
· Meet weekly with youth and families to support treatment goals, and provide psychoeducation
· Facilitate Child and Family team meetings to collaborate with families and community partners to help families meet their goals
· Develop and implement behavioral interventions
· Provide individual or family therapy as needed
· Utilize de-escalation techniques
· Deliver culturally responsive services in working with diverse families
· Drive to meet youth and families in their communities (mileage reimbursement provided)
· Participate in individual and group supervision sessions
Qualifications
REQUIRED
· Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling
· Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC. Some programs may consider candidates who are able to obtain registered status within first six (6) months after hire
· Clean driving record; current CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hired
· Must have access to dependable transportation and minimum liability coverage
· TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Schedule
· Full-time; Monday - Friday, 9am – 5:30 pm
Benefits
· Starting at $68,700 - $87,680 per year, commensurate with experience
