Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. The role involves delivering therapy, conducting assessments, and coordinating with families across RTC and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field is required.
• Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions is required.
• Operates under supervision and is not fully licensed.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of patients in RTC and OP levels of care.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions and family sessions per patient level of care.
• Participate in treatment teams and communicate goals weekly.
• Discharge planning and coordination with families and referrals.
