Mental Health Therapist - DBT (LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LLP)

We are seeking a dedicated full-time (40 hrs/week) Mental Health Therapist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to make a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual DBT therapy, co-facilitate skills classes, and offer telephonic coaching.
  • Participate in team consultation and receive ongoing training and supervision in DBT.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations, assessments, and ensure timely documentation.
  • Maintain fidelity to treatment plans and ensure quality care.
Qualifications
  • Master’s level licensed professional (LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LLP).
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience; three years preferred.
  • Knowledge of DSM V, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based practices.
  • Training or willingness to obtain certification in DBT.
