Position: Mental Health Therapist serving Children, Adolescents, and Adults.

Who we are looking for: An LPC or LPCC serving Children, Adolescents, Families, and Adults interested in working remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
- Maintain documentation according to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
- Generate ideas during team meetings to help reduce burnout, develop new practice initiatives, increase job satisfaction, and create an enjoyable office atmosphere.
- Other meaningful responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates must have an LPC or LPCC.
- Must be licensed in the state of Ohio.
- Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field.
- Willingness to enjoy the work environment, use humor and creativity in the counseling process, and engage colleagues in case consultations.
