Position: Mental Health Therapist serving Children, Adolescents, and Adults.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
• Maintain documentation according to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
• Generate ideas during team meetings to help reduce burnout, develop new practice initiatives, increase job satisfaction, and create an enjoyable office atmosphere.
• Other meaningful responsibilities as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates must have an LPC or LPCC.
• Must be licensed in the state of Ohio.
• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field.
• Willingness to enjoy the work environment, use humor and creativity in the counseling process, and engage colleagues in case consultations.
