Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide counseling and case management with a patient-centered approach. The role involves maintaining a patient caseload and advocating for patients within established treatment guidelines.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and relevant credentials. Travel between clinic, community, and business locations is expected, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related field required.
• Mental Health Professional credential per HB 1724 preferred or required.
• Previous experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy and case management for patients.
• Develop treatment plans with clear patient voice, strategies and outcomes.
• Meet agency documentation standards and program requirements.
• Tailor clinical/case management services to diverse patient needs.
• Contribute to MultiCare values and perform other duties as assigned.
