Role Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, fully remote therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Utilize data to personalize and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and progress notes.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• At least two years of clinical experience with adults.
• Minimum six months teletherapy experience.
• Availability for sessions between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday-Friday.
• Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% client contact time.
• Initial availability of 1 hour/week for the first 4 weeks, then 30 min/month ongoing.
• Proficient with clinical assessments like PHQ-9 and electronic health records.
