Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services, part of Universal Health Services, provides outpatient behavioral health care across Arkansas for children aged 5 and up and for adults. Therapists deliver modalities and set treatment goals tailored to each client in clinic, school, or home settings.

The role emphasizes compliance with state regulations, licensure requirements, and high-quality, cost-effective care, with professional development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Master's in a Human Services field (preferably Social Work) from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LAC, LMFT, LPC, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW or LCSW) is required.
• Minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience; experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents and adults.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for the targeted client population.
• Deliver therapy in clinic, school, or home settings as needed to support patient care.

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we‘re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals to targeted client population; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.
