Responsibilities

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for 40 hour full-time positions!

While this position is with our Benton Outpatient Clinic, the primary caseload will be served at Mountain Pine Schools.

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas, addressing emotional and behavioral health needs for children, teens, and adults. Services include clinic-based therapy, school, and home support, with over 25 years of experience in quality care.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities, develops treatment goals for targeted clients, and ensures high-quality, cost-effective care in line with organizational values and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Services field (preferably Social Work)
• Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• At least two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulations and Arkansas laws for children, adolescents, and adults
• Basic understanding of educational, psychological, and social service systems
