Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform intake assessments
  2. Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  3. Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  4. Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
  6. Perform regular wellness checks
  7. Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field
  2. Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license or other accredited therapy license
  3. Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
