We are currently hiring aMental Health Therapistfor our6-bed residential treatment centerinTarzana, CA, working with teens ages 12–17 struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.

Evolve providescutting-edge residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP)treatment programs for teens. Our clinical approach is rooted inevidence-based practicessuch as:

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary therapist for assigned clients and families throughout treatment.

• Provideindividual and family therapysessions on a weekly basis.

• Facilitate1–2 therapy groups per weekand document clinical notes accordingly.

• CompleteBiopsychosocial Assessments,Risk Assessments, and developcomprehensive Treatment Plans.

• Participate in theon-call rotation, offering phone support and managing after-hours clinical needs.

• Collaborate with theUtilization Reviewteam to secure ongoing insurance authorization.

• Support clients throughdischarge planning, including home contracts and after-care referrals.

• Attendweekly Treatment Team and Psychiatry meetings, contributing clinical updates and insight.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion ofall required documentationin compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

• IntegrateOutcomes Program datainto diagnosis and treatment planning.

What You’ll Need:

• Active California registration asAMFT,ACSW, orAPCC(Licensed applicantsLMFT/LCSW/LPCCalso welcome)

• ValidCalifornia Driver’s License

• Ability to passLiveScan, federal/state background checks, and child abuse index clearances

• Willingness to interact withCOVID-positive clients, as needed

• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
