As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health in our Albuquerque clinic, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

We are hiring both independently and non-independently licensed clinicians.

Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. All Ellie's in New Mexico are owned, operated, and staffed locally.

Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
2. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
3. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
4. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
5. For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload that ensures a minimum of 25 completed client visits per week
6. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
7. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
8. Other meaningful responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, or on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
2. New Mexico-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMSW, etc.)
3. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
6. Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
7. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
8. Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
9. Fully Licensed Clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
