Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC – WA Licensed)

Are you a mission-driven licensed Mental Health Therapist ready to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care—while working remotely on a schedule that fits your life? We're hiring Washington-licensed therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) with experience in outpatient care to serve a diverse population, with a primary focus on young adults to adults

What You'll Do

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults (primary focus : young adults to adults)
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and interventions via secure telehealth (video or phone)
• Collaborate on treatment planning, provide referrals, and complete required documentation
• Participate in consultations, supervision, and team collaboration to support holistic care

Ideal Candidate

• Bilingual , outpatient experience, or trained in evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as EMDR or CBT
• Skilled in building rapport virtually and delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Comfortable working independently in a secure home office environment
• Passionate about supporting diverse populations and promoting mental wellness through remote care

Choose the schedule that fits your needs :

40 hours / week

• Base salary : $58,000 for 19 completed visits / week
• 75 per each additional 53-minute visit
• Remaining hours used for documentation, referrals, team meetings, etc.

32 hours / week

• Base salary : $46,400 for 16 completed visits / week
• 75 per each additional 53-minute visit
• Remaining hours used for non-direct care duties

Schedule

• Fully remote – no commute or on-call requirements
• Set your own hours within 7am–9pm PST, 7 days / week
• Therapists must either :
• Work until 8pm at least 2 days per week , or
• Health Coverage

Up to 80% employer-paid for Medical / Dental / Vision + Short-Term Disability

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in mental health field
• Active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington State

• Secure and confidential remote work environment

• No license actions or pending actions; not opted out of Medicare
