Join us as a Mental Health Therapist at Monte Nido RainRock

Location: Springfield, OR

Salary: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (License Dependent)

Monte Nido RainRock, located in Springfield, OR, is a residential treatment program dedicated to adults seeking help for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our approach emphasizes restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation and engagement for recovery.

We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
• Providing therapeutic meal support and modeling healthy relationships with food
• Delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to clients' intersecting identities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
• State license or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
