Pay Range

This range is provided by NewVista Behavioral Health. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• MSW or BSW with LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT
• Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines
• Must be 21 years or older

Shift & Hours

• Shift: M-F, with a weekend rotation
• Hours: 8-4:30

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication.
2. Conduct timely assessments, balancing workload among therapists.
3. Apply appropriate therapeutic theory, considering cultural factors for group activities.
4. Document patient responses regularly, formulating treatment programs aligned with orders.
5. Participate in treatment planning, providing effective therapy procedures.
6. Ensure accurate paperwork completion, demonstrating crisis intervention skills when needed.
7. Maintain communication with physicians, families, and referral sources.
