Position Overview

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C or LCPC) for our Salisbury, MD office. The schedule is 10 hours per day, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. The primary responsibilities include:

1. Conducting clinical assessments and developing personalized behavioral care plans for patients with obesity.
2. Engaging patients in our multidisciplinary service model alongside a team that includes a nurse practitioner, dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• 1-2 years of experience working with adults and children.
• LCSW-C or LCPC licensure in Maryland.
