Clinic Location: 3425 40th Ave NW Suite 101, Rochester, MN 55901

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments.
  
  
  

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
• Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting
• Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 hours, part-time: 10-24 hours
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

This role leverages in-person and telehealth care, meeting our clients where they're at. This allows for a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic and work from home!

Ellie makes the clinician’s experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, benefits, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEU’s, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie assists in providing centralized administrative support, technology, some referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching. There is the opportunity to provide tele-health services, but you do need to be able to commute into the office on a regular basis.
