Description

The Mental Health Therapist participates in Intake Evaluation, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessions.

• Attends Case Conferences and Supervision sessions.
• Documents sessions using the Electronic Health Record, Credible.
• Maintains and updates client demographic information in the client chart.
• Evaluates client’s progress regularly.
• Creates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with the client and their family.
• Maintains and keeps current all required consent forms.

Additional Conditions

Frequent travel in the community to conduct client outreach. Transportation of clients in a company vehicle as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Demonstrate a genuine fondness and respect for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Effective communication skills with team members.
