We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEU support, retirement options). Clinical supervision provided toward full licensure.
• Part-Time: Flexible scheduling with pro-rated benefits for a consistent caseload.
• Fee-for-Service: Competitive per-session rate, flexible hours, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings preferred
