Job summary
Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. We offer fully remote telehealth with optional onsite work across New Jersey and potential pathways to part-time or full-time W-2 employment as the organization grows.
Clinicians provide assessments, individual/family therapy, and group sessions using CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed approaches, with a supportive interdisciplinary environment and flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing.
- Ability to provide services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Private workspace and reliable internet for telehealth sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care.
- Support coping skills and emotional regulation; provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Deliver services via secure telehealth; onsite options if desired.
- Collaborate with psychiatric and primary care providers; participate in case planning.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and progress notes.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services primarily through telehealth, with optional opportunities to provide onsite services at adult day care centers and community-based programs for clinicians interested in in-person work.
$35-$45 per clinical hour/session
Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.

- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
- Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
- Deliver services via secure telehealth platforms and, if desired, onsite at adult day care centers and community-based partner locations
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
- Support continuity of care and patient advocacy
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
- Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:
- LCSW
- LSW
- MSW
- LPC
- LAC
- Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey
- Ability to provide services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
- Outpatient behavioral health experience
- Community-based mental health experience
- Telehealth experience
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations
- Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
- Fully remote schedules available for clinicians who prefer to provide services exclusively through telehealth
- Optional onsite opportunities available at adult day care centers and community-based partner locations throughout New Jersey
- Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability and client needs
- Clinicians may choose fully remote, hybrid, or primarily onsite schedules depending on their preferences and available opportunities
