Job description

Renewed Wellness Counseling provides virtual therapy across North Carolina and South Carolina, with in-person sessions available in New Bern, NC. Our team specializes in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, caregiver stress, maternal mental health, infertility, relationship issues, neurodivergence, relational trauma, sexual wellness, addiction recovery, and support for military, veterans, and first responders. We meet clients where they are, both literally and emotionally, to support their healing and help them feel more like themselves.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist, based primarily in New Bern, NC, with telehealth options. The therapist will design and implement treatment plans, provide individual and family therapy, conduct therapy sessions, manage client cases, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications
  • Experience in individual or couples therapy
  • Proficiency in treatment planning and case management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Relevant licensure or certification in mental health therapy
  • Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment modalities (EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, IFS) is highly desirable
