Qualifications

• Background in mental health including coordination of services and referrals.
• Current or eligible licensure in Michigan (e.g., LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LP, or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, children, and families.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions on-site in Muskegon, MI and Midland, MI.

Role Description The Mental Health Therapist will provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, children, and families in an on-site setting located in Muskegon, MI and soon Midland, MI. These full-time roles include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based individual and family therapy sessions. The therapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers when appropriate, and participate in case consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring client progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and supporting clients in setting and achieving therapeutic goals.
