Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to diverse client needs.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care; develop crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness strategies; ensure timely documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania license to practice.
• Demonstrate passion for mental health, strong communication, confidentiality, and time management.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to provide high‑quality care.
